Awaken your senses and nurture your inner bloom with our Breathe, Bend, and Blossom Retreat, a full-day immersion into the heart of spring. This transformative experience, held amidst the vibrant awakening of nature, will guide you on a journey of mindful movement, deep relaxation, and self-discovery.

What to Expect:

BLOSSOM~Morning Yoga Practice: Start the day embracing the essence of spring and awakening your inner bloom with a dynamic flow practice. As nature bursts forth with vibrant life, we'll use movement and breath work to mirror this process of transformation.

BEND~Afternoon Yoga Practice: In the afternoon, we’ll cultivate the natural flexibility of branches swaying in the spring breeze with a ‘Bending Like Branches’ yoga practice. This session will focus on side bends, twists, and forward folds, promoting flexibility, core strength, and a sense of openness and flexibility in not only your body, but also the mind.

BREATHE~Sound Healing Experience: We’ll end the day unwinding, releasing, and reconnecting with your inner rhythm in an immersive sound healing experience, "Breathe." This session will be a guided journey through restorative postures and soothing vibrations, designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and centered. Krystal Alexander from Sona Sound Spa will gently guide your brain waves to a deeper state of relaxation through the rich sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes
