Lughnasadh Sacred Circle with Gayla
Friday, August 1st: 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Join us in sacred community as we honor Lughnasadh (pronounced loo-na-sa), the first harvest festival of the Celtic wheel of the year. This is the halfway point between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox, a time to gather in gratitude, reflect on the seeds we’ve sown, and celebrate the fruits of our inner and outer labors.
Through heartfelt sharing, simple ritual, and embodied connection, we’ll create space to acknowledge personal growth, release what no longer serves, and offer blessings for the season ahead. Together, we’ll weave intention, presence, and deep listening into a nourishing experience of renewal and celebration.
Pause and delight in how far you've come, all are welcome in this Sacred Sharing Circle.
Celebrate the sacred harvest within and around you.

Yin Yoga and Singing Bowls for Summer with Ann
Sunday, August 10th: 6:00pm - 7:15pm
Late summer is a time to descend from the fiery peak of early and mid-summer back down to the support and abundance of the earth. We will focus on passive, longer-held postures that instill a sense of quietude, cooling, grounding, and contentment to ease stress and constriction, clear stagnation, and enhance circulation.
In yin yoga, we use longer-held postures to allow for the deep opening of the connective tissues. Yin yoga improves joint mobility and flexibility, balances the mind and body, increases circulation and flow of chi to target areas, and reduces stress and anxiety. Most postures are done sitting or lying down, and practicing with supportive props is encouraged. Our practice will close with the soothing sounds of singing bowls and chimes.
Some yoga experience is required.
