Pop-up Classes

Pop-Up Classes are one-time classes that are not normally on the class schedule. These give students a chance to try out something different: new style, new teacher, new level. They are just fun!


Pop-Ups are included in all studio memberships and class cards, there is no additional fee.

Gentle Stretch & Singing Bowls with Marianna

Friday, June 6th: 6:00pm - 7:15pm

Future Dates: 8/8, 9/5, 11/21

Wind down your week in the most relaxing, gentle way! Marianna will guide you through gentle stretching and use the signing bowl to cultivate calming of the mind with sound!

This Pop-Up will include breath work and gentle stretches to prepare the body for a long savasana with Sound Healing. Give yourself this Friday night treat to help put your body and mind in a state of peace.

Back Care Yoga with Marianna

Saturday, June 14th: 11am - 12pm

Show your back the love it needs! They say, “You’re only as young as your spine is healthy!” Back Care Yoga focuses on specific yoga poses and sequencing that is beneficial for the spine, spinal muscles, as well as the “core” of the body. This pop-up will focus on supporting the spine through strengthening actions and maintaining/increasing mobility through the five primary movements of the spine.

Reconnect with Your Well-Being with Gayla

Saturday, June 28th: 11am - 12:30pm

Just after the Summer Solstice, the days are long and getting hotter, we spend our time going and doing. It's a beautiful time to check in on your overall well-being. Join Gayla Downey for a gathering designed to help you reconnect with yourself and to share in community.

How are you nourishing yourself? What practices are you using to cultivate balance? We invite you to explore mindful movement, and heart-centered reflection. Whether you're looking to reset, deepen your self-care, or just take a breath, this circle invites you to slow down, tune in, and invite balance.

This event will include mindful movement, meditation, journaling prompts, and time to share with others.

Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Marianna

Sunday, June 29th: 5pm-6pm

Future Dates: 8/24, 9/14, 11/16

This practice will begin with gentle movements and stretches to clear your mind and release any tension or holding in your physical body. These gentle movements will prepare you for the deeply relaxing and restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep, and this guided meditation technique takes you through the various layers of the body, energy body, mind and emotional body to help release tension and induce a deep state of relaxation.

The entire Yoga Nidra meditation is done in a reclined and supported Savasana position. Wear comfy clothes, and bring an extra blanket or two!

Donation-Based Meditation & Mantra with Sally

1 Sunday each month at 11am-12:30pm:

Join Sally for meditation & community! Our meditation & mantra sessions are great for new meditators, as well as those looking to deepen their current meditation practice.
Meditating alongside others is a beautiful way to connect to your inner sense of calm, to connect with others in your community, and to start your day. Stay and enjoy a cup of tea after the meditation.
Our meditation & mantra sessions are offered in exchange for donations. Each month we pick a Community Connection Partner that are charity organizations tied to our members or teachers!

Although this event is donation-based, pre-registration is required due to limited space.
No experience needed.

Balance Your Body and Soul 2-Week Series with Betty

Fridays, July 11th and 18th: 6pm - 7:15pm

In this two week pop up series we will prep our bodies with the purpose to prepare for hip opening with leg balance such as firefly pose with options for support with props. And extra time in savasana to balance our heart and mind.

We will focus on arm balance the second week with crow and variations of crow with support options and time to visit these poses and experiment with how it feels in our own bodies.

Can attend one or both sessions!

Yoga experience is required for this series. This class is limited to 15 people.
