Bloom: A 3-Week Yin Yoga Journey with Ann S

Sundays, May 31st - June 14th | 6pm-7:15pm

Sundays, May 31, June 7 & June 14 | 75 minutes | All levels welcome

Some things can't be rushed. Blooming is one of them.

This three-week Yin series with Ann is an invitation to slow down, go inward, and trust the quiet process of growth that's already happening in you. Inspired by June's theme of Blooming, each class builds gently on the last, moving you from stillness and intention all the way into your fullest expression.

Week 1: Planting Seeds -- Ground yourself, connect to the earth, and set an intention that will carry you through the series.

Week 2: Growing Toward the Light -- Open the body and heart as you begin to expand, soften, and let yourself reach.

Week 3: Full Bloom -- In a story-driven sequence, you'll move through the journey from seed to bloom, arriving at your own opening.

Each session weaves together long-held Yin postures, guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and the sound of singing bowls and chimes. You'll also have time each week for personal reflection with a take-home reflection sheet to carry your practice beyond the mat.

This series is designed for anyone craving stress relief, inner clarity, and a sense of renewal as summer begins. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up and be still.

Bloom on the Mat~Asana Breakdown (Members Only) with Jami

Saturday, June 6th | 11am-12:30pm

This is a MEMBER-ONLY Pop-Up back by popular demand!

June is our month of Blooming, and real blooming takes root in the details. This member-only pop-up with our anatomy and alignment expert, Jami, is your chance to slow way down and truly understand the poses you've been doing, modifying, or maybe even avoiding.

This is not a flow class. It's a dedicated space to break down the mechanics of specific poses, explore proper alignment, work through modifications, and ask all the questions you never quite get to in a regular class. Whether there's a pose you've been curious about, one that doesn't feel quite right in your body, or one you simply want to understand better, this is the place to dig in.

When you understand your practice from the inside out, you don't just do the poses, you bloom in them.

Come ready to learn, ask questions, and walk away with more confidence and more joy on your mat.

Thriving-A Yin Yoga Practice with Amanda Fey

Friday, July 10th | 6pm-7:15pm

What does it mean to truly thrive...not just get by, but feel rooted, open, and fully alive in your body and your life?

This yin practice is an invitation to slow down and create space for exactly that. Through long-held, grounding postures, we’ll gently release areas where tension, resistance, and stagnation tend to settle. As the body softens, the mind begins to quiet, making room for clarity, steadiness, and a deeper sense of internal support.

Thriving isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning how to soften, receive, and support yourself in a more sustainable way.

We’ll close with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound session, giving your body time to integrate the practice, regulate the nervous system, and settle into a deeper state of restoration.

Expect a slow, intentional experience focused on deep release, breath awareness, and stillness. You'll leave you feeling grounded, open, and more connected to your own rhythm.

All levels welcome.
