Pop-up Classes
Pop-Up Classes are one-time classes that are not normally on the class schedule. These give students a chance to try out something different: new style, new teacher, new level. They are just fun!
Pop-Ups are included in all studio memberships and class cards, there is no additional fee.
Clarity to Grow & Flow 3-Week Series with Betty
Fridays 3/6 - 3/20 | 6pm-7:15pm:
Where are you going? What's your path forward?
As we move toward Spring Equinox, nature shows us exactly what growth looks like. Seeds that have been dormant all winter begin to push through the soil. They don't second-guess their direction. They just know.
This 3-week series with Betty is designed to help you find that same kind of clarity about your own path forward.
Each 75-minute practice weaves together vinyasa flow, chakra work focused on Ajna (your third eye, your center of inner wisdom), guided meditation, and extra-long savasana. You'll move, you'll get quiet, and you'll tune into what you already know deep down but might have been too busy to hear.
This isn't about achieving some perfect pose. It's about getting clear on what matters most as you step into this season of expansion.

Clarify Your Practice: Asana Breakdown with Jami & Annie
Saturday, March 14th | 11am-12pm
This is a MEMBER-ONLY Pop-Up hosted by Jami and Annie!
March is all about getting clear, and that includes getting clear on your practice. This member-only pop-up with our anatomy and alignment expert, Jami Marsoun (assisted by Annie), is your chance to slow way down and really understand the poses you've been doing, modifying, or maybe even avoiding.
This is not a flow class. It's a dedicated space to break down the mechanics of specific poses, explore proper alignment, work through modifications, and ask all the questions you never quite get to in a regular class. Whether there's a pose you've been curious about, one that doesn't feel quite right in your body, or one you simply want to understand better, this is the place to dig in.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, and walk away with more clarity and confidence on your mat.

Rooted~A Root Chakra Yin Practice with Amanda Fey
Sunday, April 26th | 11am-12:15pm
As the studio theme of April invites us into rooting, this Yin practice will focus on the energy of the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and the grounding stability of the Earth element.
In this slow, meditative class, we’ll explore long-held postures that target the hips, pelvis, and lower spine: areas associated with safety, stability, and our sense of belonging. Through stillness, breath awareness, and gentle nervous system regulation, we’ll cultivate a felt sense of support beneath us.
Expect:
• Deep, grounding hip openers
• Subtle somatic awareness
• Breath practices to calm and anchor
• Space to reconnect with steadiness and inner security
This class is an invitation to soften into gravity, to trust the ground that holds you, and to remember that stability doesn’t come from striving, it comes from allowing yourself to land.
All levels welcome.
