Thriving-A Yin Yoga Practice with Amanda Fey
Friday, July 10th | 6pm-7:15pm
What does it mean to truly thrive...not just get by, but feel rooted, open, and fully alive in your body and your life?
This yin practice is an invitation to slow down and create space for exactly that. Through long-held, grounding postures, we’ll gently release areas where tension, resistance, and stagnation tend to settle. As the body softens, the mind begins to quiet, making room for clarity, steadiness, and a deeper sense of internal support.
Thriving isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning how to soften, receive, and support yourself in a more sustainable way.
We’ll close with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound session, giving your body time to integrate the practice, regulate the nervous system, and settle into a deeper state of restoration.
Expect a slow, intentional experience focused on deep release, breath awareness, and stillness. You'll leave you feeling grounded, open, and more connected to your own rhythm.
All levels welcome.

Yoga Mixtape: 90s Edition with Betty
Friday, September 11th | 6pm-7pm
How do you stay steady when everything around you is shifting? Sometimes it's a deep breath. Sometimes it's a strong foundation under your feet. And sometimes it's hearing that one song that takes you right back to who you were, while reminding you exactly who you are now.
Betty is bringing back the Yoga Mixtape, 90s edition, for a flow rooted in September's theme of Grounding. As the seasons change and routines settle back in, this practice is here to help you find your footing again, with nostalgic beats, familiar moves, and the kind of joy that keeps you connected to yourself.
Come move, remember, and root back into you.
