Step into a sacred weekend of healing, awakening, and energetic alignment. This Reiki 1 & 2 journey is more than a training - it is an initiation into a deeper relationship with yourself and the universal energy that flows through all things. Usui Reiki Master Teacher Cindy Kostecki will be our guide along the path of Reiki. 

Throughout the weekend, we will explore Reiki as both a powerful self-healing practice and a tool to support the healing of others. You’ll be guided through attunements that awaken your natural abilities, learn to work with energy intuitively, and gain hands-on experience channeling Reiki in a grounded, supportive environment.

As we move into Level 2, we will deepen your practice through the introduction of sacred symbols, distance healing techniques, and expanded energetic awareness. We will also explore how to bring Reiki into the professional world, as a healing modality in private sessions, as well as how to thoughtfully and ethically integrate Reiki into yoga classes and group settings.

This immersive experience invites you to release, realign, and remember your innate capacity to heal. Come as you are, and leave attuned, empowered, and connected.

Reiki 1 and 2 manuals provided, along with a chakra crystal set. 

Reiki is an energetic healing modality that originates in Japan and has been helpful in treating and managing chronic pain, stress, anxiety and other energy imbalances that can lead to illness and disease. Reiki is spiritually guided energy that helps balance the body, mind and spirit-promoting healing from within.

This magical Reiki weekend will consist of:

LEVEL 1:

• Brief history of Reiki

• Level 1 Attunement

• Implementing self-care practices

• Introduction to Chakra healing - 7 main energy centers

• Level 1 Reiki techniques for self-healing

• Basic meditation practice for Reiki healers

LEVEL 2:

Usui Reiki Level II Training and Attunement workshop enables the practitioner to build on Level 1 foundational knowledge and therefore requires a Usui Reiki Level 1 certification. This training helps guide the practitioner in use of the first three Reiki symbols, treating others, setting up a Reiki practice, and deepens our connection to the healing potential of Reiki. You will also learn how to use Reiki in distance healing sessions, through time and space, and other important techniques.

Second Degree Reiki (Usui Reiki Reiki Level 2) includes:

• Reiki Level 2 Attunement – You will be attuned to the Usui Reiki Level 2 energy, increasing the strength of your Reiki energy.

• You will be introduced and attuned to three Usui Reiki symbols, Including: how, where and when you would use them:

  • The Distant symbol

  • The Mental & Emotional Symbol

  • The Power Symbol

• You will also learn Japanese Reiki techniques as taught by Dr. Usui including:

  • Gassho – meditation – You learn or revise a Reiki meditation technique

  • Reiji-ho – Helping you to develop your intuition

  • Byosen Scanning – You will learn how to detect where Reiki is needed

  • Koki – Ho – Sending Reiki with the breath

  • Kenyoku – A technique for cleansing one`s energy

  • Gyoshi – Ho – Sending Reiki with the eyes

  • Jacki – Kiri Joka Ho – Clearing negative energy from objects

• You will learn the technique of distant healing

• Includes plenty of Reiki practice time

Each practitioner will receive a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner Certificate upon successful completion of this course

If you already have your Reiki Level 1 certification, we highly recommend re-taking both Levels to reinforce the learnings and receive an energetic tune-up before immersing yourself into Level 2.
