Sunday, 12/28/25 | 5pm-6:15pm
We’re excited to welcome Krystal Laster to host this beautiful event. As the holidays wind down, winter quiets the world around us, inviting us to do the same—to pause, reflect, and tend to our fertile soil within before a new cycle begins.
Join in this invitation to exhale, reflect with love, and begin planting the first quiet seeds of what you’d like to nurture and bring to life in 2026.
When we slow down and make space within us, clarity has a way of showing up on its own.
What to expect:
Krystal will begin by gently guiding us through a grounding, heart-opening meditation. Once tuned in, she will lead us on a dynamic and immersive sound journey, layering deep, harmonious vibrations from gongs, crystal + metal singing bowls, voice, drum, and other calming instruments. These healing frequencies and rhythmic pulsations help lull your brainwaves, bio-field and body into a state of DEEP restoration.
As we come back to, we will finish with a cozy cup of homemade Ayurvedic spiced tea, allowing your seed(s) of intention to root in the softened soil and stillness of a deeply calmed nervous system.
Tea features leaves grown in the rich volcanic soil and misty climate of the Azores—some of the finest in the world
What to bring:
Cushioned mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided but feel free to bring pillow, extra blanket, eye pillow, and/or anything else needed for your ultimate comfort.
Come as you are. Leave with a renewed sense of peace for the year ahead.

Learn to meditate using the timeless practice of Primordial Sound Meditation.
Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body's own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras, to disconnect us from the activity of life. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. Practicing PSM on a daily basis will help you:
Manage stress & reduce anxiety
Improve your relationships
Create inner peace
Enhance your sleep patterns
Lower your blood pressure
Connect more deeply to spirit
PSM was developed by Deepak Chopra, MD and David Simon, MD
