2027 - 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
TEACH DEEPER | LEAD WITH PURPOSE | FIND YOUR VOICE
Transform Your Teaching, Transform Your Life
Next Cohort Begins January 23rd, 2027
You got your 200-hour certification and you started teaching. Maybe you've been at it for a year, maybe five. And somewhere along the way you realized that certification was a beginning, not a destination. You want to go deeper into anatomy, into philosophy, into the subtle body work that actually changes people. You want to teach populations you currently feel unsure about. You want a business that actually supports your life. And honestly, you want to feel like the real thing, not just someone who completed a training. That's what this is. Our intimate 300-hour advanced training is designed for passionate 200-hour certified instructors like YOU who crave a deeper dive into the practice and the art of transformative teaching.
After this training, you'll be able to walk into any room and teach with real confidence and depth.
Built by St. Louis teachers, for St. Louis teachers. With the depth, the specialties, and the community you won't find anywhere else locally.
Refine your craft: Master advanced asana, anatomy, sequencing, and adjustments with expert guidance. Learn to confidently guide students of all levels.
Ignite your inner wisdom: Delve deeper into the rich philosophy and history of yoga. Explore yogic tools for a more fulfilling and integrated life.
Become an empowered teacher: Develop your unique voice and teaching style. Discover techniques to inspire and empower your students.
Imagine: Confidently leading advanced classes, guiding students with deeper understanding, and witnessing their own transformations. This is the power you'll cultivate in our program.
Space is limited, as we prioritize a supportive learning environment!
OUR PRIMARY FOCUS:
Sequence with intention, not just instinct. You'll master the 3-Wave Sequencing Model, a framework for building classes that feel intelligent, progressive, and purposeful rather than just a string of poses. You'll learn to layer in themes that actually mean something, so every class you teach has a through-line students can feel.
Go deeper into anatomy than you ever have. This isn't a review of what you learned in your 200-hour. We spend months working through Anatomy Trains-the myofascial lines that run through the whole body and explain why yoga works the way it does. You'll understand the body at a level that changes how you see every pose you teach.
Work with energy, not just talk about it. Most teachers learn to mention chakras. This program teaches you to actually work with them, through a full 12-chakra system (yes, 12 — including the Earth Star and Transpersonal Chakras), the five prana vayus, pranayama, mantra, sound, and meditation practices you can weave into any class.
Learn to teach the people most teachers don’t feel comfortable with You'll complete modules in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Accessible Yoga for older bodies, bigger bodies, and students with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. These are taught by specialists in those area.
.Understand yourself through the koshas. Using B.K.S. Iyengar's Light on Life as our guide, we'll move through the Pancha Maya Kosha model — the five layers of being — and learn to teach from that framework so your classes reach students at every level, not just the physical.
Bring philosophy off the page and into the room. The Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita aren't just ancient texts, they're a living map for modern life and modern teaching. You'll study both deeply and learn how to make them relevant and accessible for any student sitting in front of you.
Find your voice…your actual voice. We spend real time on this. Advanced cueing work, mirroring techniques, and authenticity exercises specifically designed to help you stop sounding like a generic yoga teacher and start sounding like yourself. This is one of the most impactful parts of the entire training.
Deepen your comfort hands-on assisting/enhancing. Using a structured framework built around intention, permission, and technique, you'll learn how to assist students safely, skillfully, and in a way that genuinely deepens their experience, not just corrects their alignment.
Add Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga to your toolkit. You'll get a solid introduction to each of these powerful modalities — enough to understand the principles behind them, practice them yourself, and begin incorporating them into your teaching.
Learn enough Sanskrit to use it meaningfully. Multiple dedicated lessons throughout the program so you can use Sanskrit terms with confidence and actually explain what they mean.
Build a business that supports your life. You'll work through a full 5-Moduale business track — finding your why, understanding your options for structure, tackling the money mindset that holds most yoga teachers back, building a brand that reflects who you actually are, and creating a concrete plan for your first workshop or retreat. You'll leave knowing what to charge and why.
Teach with integrity. A dedicated ethics module roots everything in the Yamas and Niyamas as applied to real professional situations: power dynamics, boundaries, inclusivity, and what it actually means to show up as a responsible teacher.
