Yoga Retreats

Throughout the year, South River Yoga will be hosting several retreats ranging from 1/2 day, 1 day, to full weekend retreats, and even destination retreats! Retreats offer you the opportunity to disconnect from the stress and distractions of everyday life, devote time to deepening your practice and learning of Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, allow time for self-reflection and growth, get out in nature, and connect with a special community of yogis and form new friendships!
