What Class is right for you?

BEGINNER’S YOGA

Great for those new to yoga, or someone who needs a refresher. You’ll learn the foundations of the yoga poses, yoga etiquette, how and why to use yoga props, and more!

BASICS

Basic classes are the perfect classes for those who are new to yoga or those who would like a slower paced practice. These classes focus on improving strength, flexibility and balance.

**You may want to try: Yoga Basics, Yoga for Healthy Aging, or Gentle Yoga.

RESTORATIVE

Gentle and restorative classes focus on specific techniques for calming a stressed and agitated nervous system. If you are looking for calmness and restoration, these classes are for you.

**You may want to try: Yoga for Stress & Anxiety, Rest & Restore, Moving into Stillness, Yoga for Healing and Restoration, or Sunday Evening Stretch.

ACCESSIBLE

Accessible Yoga (Chair Yoga) is the yoga class for people who don't think they can "do Yoga". Options will be provided for students to use chairs, the wall or poses can be done in the middle of the room.

FLOW

Flow classes emphasize coordinating the movements of the body with the flow of the breath. This conscious connection fosters presence, improves focus and increases strength.

**You may want to try: Morning Flow, Flow to Slow, or Yoga with Light Weights

POP-UP CLASSES

We offer a variety of Pop-up classes throughout the month! These classes are not offered on a regular basis, but you can watch our schedule for these specialty classes! Pop-up classes include back care yoga, yoga philosophy inspired classes, full moon classes & more.
