I began my yoga journey over twenty-five years ago, as it complimented running and hiking around Arizona, where I grew up. I love to explore the world and lived in Phoenix, Roanoke, Sydney, and Honolulu before settling in St. Louis over a decade ago. Finding a yoga community has made each new city feel like home.  During my two pregnancies, I practiced yoga daily and found this new level of body awareness with a new human onboard has had a profound and lasting impact on both my personal practice and my style as a teacher. I love helping students come to the mat from a position of support and find the right pose. Our bodies are different every day, and so are we.

I completed my yoga teacher training 200-hr training in 2018 and my 300-hr training with the awesome South River Yoga Community in October 2023.

I love music! My classes are focused a focus on alignment, play, and support.  I am just as passionate about my practice off the mat, and I view yoga teachers as facilitators of social change, as we can help people find personal balance and explore what "health" in every dimension can actually look like. I am a mom to little boys.

My wish for you is that what we practice on the mat will continue to support you off the mat.  You will leave class feeling strong, supported, and connected.  You are enough!

I am grateful for the phenomenal yoga teachers who have guided me as a forever student of yoga, including Barbi Ralf, Brooke Sterling, Roxanne Quinn, Kim Winn, Brianna Owens, Thomas Fortel, Jen Jones, and Annie Gelle.
