She specializes in energizing flows that are thoughtfully designed to help you move in a way that feels intuitive and nourishing, supporting both physical vitality and emotional well-being. Katie’s approach is centered on cultivating a deeper sense of self through dynamic movement, mindful breathing and moments of reflection. A dedicated student of the practice, she completed her 200-hour training at South River Yoga and is on track to complete her 300-hour certification by early 2026. In addition to her yoga offerings, Katie is deeply attuned to the healing power of energy work and offers private Reiki sessions that restore balance, calm and clarity. Whether you’re stepping on the mat to move, grow or simply breathe, Katie creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling more grounded, confident and alive.
