June is the month when the seasons shift from spring to summer. With this shift the heat and intensity of our external environment continue to rise and increase. Our internal environment can often mirror this process. With this in mind students will move through a playful slow flow practice, creating both strength and spaciousness in the abdomen. Through breath-centered asana students will invite their awareness to travel down, into the body. Practice will end with restorative postures and a guided meditation. Come practice ease and curiosity as you connect with and balance the energies of the season.
