Yoga & Movement workshop with Taj work - opening to spring

We are excited to host Taj Work for her first yoga workshop at South River! Join Taj for her Opening to Spring workshop that will be centered around mobilizing and opening the upper body in order to prepare the body for the exploration of gentle backbends & spinal twists. Gentle backbends and spinal twists are excellent poses to work with as we transition from winter into spring as they reduce the heaviness of the winter and encourage a sense of lightness and clarity in the mind. The sequence is designed as a mixed levels practice.
