Take an afternoon to rest your body and your mind with this Guided Yoga Nidra Practice. Yoga Nidra is a systematic meditation that is often referred to as “Yogic Sleep”. You will support your body with yoga bolsters, blocks and blankets while Jami leads you through the meditation. The guided meditation assists your body in releasing tension and encourages a sense of deep state of relaxation.
