KIDS yoga & mindfulness

Yoga is explored using imagination and games providing an opportunity for children to cooperate, explore, laugh and move without competition or correction.  Co-creating is an important part of the class as the children begin to recognize what their body needs. A typical class includes an open play time for around 10 minutes at the beginning of the class to help the children transition into the space and get to know the other children.  This is followed by 30 - 40 minutes of yoga and 5 to 7 minutes of relaxation.  Class size is 10 to 12 children and lasts an hour. more info coming soon.
