Gentle Yin Yoga and Meditation
Thursday May 16th

Come for a rejuvenating evening of yin yoga, where the postures are gentle and held a little longer. Clear instructions for the trifecta of three mediation techniques: ānapānasati (mindfulness of breathing), vipassanā (insight) and mettā (loving-kindness) will be woven throughout the workshop, along with a brief overview of yoga philosophy.
Slow Bhakti Flow Yoga & Introduction to the Yogasūtra (lecture)

Join Michael for a down tempo vinyāsa practice focusing on the five bandhas for optimal alignment, followed by kīrtan and meditation. Following the practice, Michael will hold a discussion/lecture on the Introduction to the Yogasūtra.
Bhakti Power Flow Yoga

This all-levels sequence is designed to build inner heat, strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups, while cultivating balance externally and internally. After śavāsana we will move into a kīrtan with universal mantras for peace and empowerment.
