Join SiriAtma for an Introduction to Kundalini Yoga which is a style of yoga that incorporates dynamic movement, breath, hand positions, mantras, eye focus points and meditation to create strength in the body, balance in the nervous system and balance in the body, mind and heart. The first part of the class will be more lecture/discussion based where SiriAtma will provide some information on the practices of Kundalini so students gain more insight and understanding into this ancient practice. Then SiriAtma will lead the you through a short set of postures and breath work, called a kriya. The class will conclude with a gong bath.
