New Moons are a great time to set new intentions and let go of patterns and habits that are no longer serving you. In this mostly hands and wrist free vinyasa flow, we will explore building fire from within to let go of unwanted stress and anxiety. You will travel around your mat like the waning and waxing of the moon. We will explore sensations of grounding by strengthening & opening the hips & legs; followed by opening and expanding of the heart and shoulders. We will finish with a guided letting-go meditation to set you up with clarity for the future. Bring a journal and something to write with. We will do some pre-letting go prep to start the class.
This workshop is worth three CEUs for yoga teachers.
