Relax and rejuvenate with the healing and energetically restoring sounds of the gong. All you will need is your yoga mat, a blanket, and pillow. There will be some available at the studio as well. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Class with begin with some gentle breathing exercises to help ease you into a meditative state of mind. You will then be lying on your back listening to the sound of the gong. This experience helps to quiet the mind as the sounds are not harmonious and will reset the brain waves in 30-90 seconds. The sounds of the gong will help you to release tension in your body & re-set your nervous system.
Anyone in need of stress reduction, recovering from trauma, struggling with addictions, insomnia, or nerve damage will greatly benefit from the vibrations of this ancient instrument.
All you will need is your yoga mat, favorite blanket and comfortable clothing.
