2020 - 2021 TRAINING DATES
**Listed below in parenthesis is a general topic for each weekend of study. The first night of the training you will receive an in-depth syllabus with each weekend’s outline as well as your homework assignments. Each weekend will include yoga practices and alignment sessions so that you will continue to grow your repertoire of yoga postures, as well as continue to grow your ability to work with a wide range of students and common issues such as osteoarthritis, hip replacements, shoulder injures and more.
